Tammy Humeny is an EMDR Therapist and wellness coach who supports clients in healing from trauma, reducing stress, and creating meaningful, lasting change. She works with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the impact of past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives.

Tammy offers a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore what’s been difficult while building greater stability and balance. Her approach is collaborative and paced to each individual, helping clients move forward without feeling overwhelmed.

Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Tammy helps clients process distressing experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional weight, allowing for increased clarity and resilience.

Tammy offers in-person sessions in Mission, BC, as well as online therapy across the province.
